Our doctors provide the highest standard of healthcare, which means that each patient is assessed on an individual basis. If our doctor or pharmacist determines that it is not safe for you to receive a specific prescription or treatment, it will not be issued. Our doctor or pharmacist will provide you with some recommendations on next steps, including visiting another GP in person for further assessment. If this occurs, your membership will be fully refunded (for prescription-based treatments).
A doctor or pharmacist (where appropriate) will review your assessment and respond within 24 hours. In most cases it will be much sooner than this.
We don't believe in annual subscriptions or membership fees. You only ever pay for your doctors consultation (if needed) and your medication.
Yes, you can cancel at any time through our patient platform, or alternatively by emailing our support team on email@example.com. Your membership will expire at the end of its 12 month period and will not be renewed.
Morning after pill treatments will be same day delivery, arriving in standard packaging from the pharmacy. For all other treatments, once they have been paid for, we will ship with free express delivery to anywhere in Australia, meaning your package should arrive within 1-3 days. Your product is shipped in an Australia Post package, which means it will be completely discreet.
